The company
TrentoFrutta processes fresh/frozen fruits and vegetables, primarily from Italy, into semifinished
products for industry which are then exported to international markets. Quality, both of the raw materials and the harvesting process in the countries of origin, is guaranteed by experienced agronomists who carry out controls at all stages. The fruit, whether from conventional, organic or controlled cultivation for babyfoods, can thus be traced back to the field and co-operative where it was produced.
Once processed, the products are pasteurised and either temporarily stored in sterile tanks,
or packaged and refrigerated. TrentoFrutta’s storage capacity totals 25 million litres.
